Hello,

i´ve developed a small AddIN which should register itself within Outlook (Version 2000 up).

On my development machine, i can install the setup perfectly, and it works.
As soon, as i try to install the Package on a different machine (no development machine), the setup - procedure failed, and it gives me an error "ADX Loader Error" with the information ("The system can´t find the File specified") and the setup does some rollback.

What can i do, i´ve no SHIM projec included, and would like to use the ADX Loader technology. I´ve already gone through the Development Guide, but theres no more detailed information about the Loader technology, and the steps described are based on the SHIM - technology.

Please help !

Hi Klaus.

Please check dependencies of the setup project. I think you just forgot to include some files reguired for your add-in. Did you include the Extensibility.dll assembly in the setup?

Hi !

Just some additional Infos,
the Visiual Studio Version i run is VS2003.NET, and the ADD-In is made for .NET Framework v. 1.1.

Klaus, what about the Extensibility.dll assembly?
Did you include it in the setup project?

Hello,

the Extensibility.dll assembly should be included automatically, if i run the ADX Wizard ?

I created the AddIn, using the Wizard which is part of the ADD-IN Express .NET Extension.
