Hi,
I developing at windows 10 version 2004 and AddinExpress 9.4.4644
I found korean language input bug at textbox on Excel taskpnae
Problem situation..
1. Can not input korean language when set Nocontrol ImeMode propertie of Textbox
2. Can not input Number and alphabet when set Hangul ImeMode propertie of Textbox
It only occurs at Texbox on Excel taskpnae and even events like textchange do not fire.
Texbox on Winform is in normal operation
Do you have a solution? |

Hello Joon,
Please provide more details. We've installed Korean Language Pack and we are unable to reproduce the issue using that build.

hi.
I created a new empty project and tested it.
There are only ExcelTaskpane manager and text on Taskpane
i tested and confirm add-in-express pro 8.9.4453 version is no problems.
but
9.4.4644 version is a problem |

Hi.
It took a lot of time to try completely from Windows installation.
I Tested and confirmed step of reproduce the problem
1. I use [hyper v quick create] feature of Windows 10 Pro
2. Create Virtual machine [Windows 10 dev enviroment]
3. Start and log on Virtual machine
4. Go to Windows Setting > Time & Language > Language
5. Add a language click and korean select and install
6. install Add-in-Express 9.4.4644.0 version
7. instal Excel ( I used version 15.0.13231.20110 x86)
8. Visual Studio new Project Using By ADX COM Add-in Template
9. Add adxExcelTaskPanesManager and Textbox on ADXExcelTaskPane control
10. Register Addin
11. Open Excel and Test
12. Test ( Language mod toggle when pressing the Right ALT key)
Normal case Test method : Try Test At Excel Cell or Other Input control
Error case Test method : Try Test At Textbox On ADX TaskPane
Please ask for good results.

Hello Joon,
Thank you for these details. When testing this scenario, we've found out that the Right ALT key doesn't switch the language mode. This works however if you use the corresponding tray icon. Could you please confirm that this is the case?
As to the Right ALT key, we've created a fix. Soon, I'll send you an email with an instruction on how to download and apply the fix.

Thank you for the response.
I tested with the 9.4.4658 version.
I confirmed language toggle success when press Right Alt key.
but
i found number key is Input impossible when korean language input mode At Textbox On ADX TaskPane
If it is not TaskPane , it works normally.
please check. |
