Hi Andrei,
Not sure if this is ADX Specific but just wanted some inputs on how to get this issue resolved. Any help in this would be greatly appreciated.
We have a ADX Based Outlook Addin, which works well otherwise.
As a part of which have a forms displayed (via form manager with 2 form collection items). One formmanagercollectionitem to be displayed at the "Explorer layout : Top Reading Pane" and one formmanagercollectionitem with Inspector layout "CompleteReplacement"
This was working well till a number of our customers started reporting that they are seeing the form added at in Top Reading pane twice.
When we did tried to find the cause it turned out to be the installation of "HubSpot Sales Outlook desktop add-in" (http://dl.getsidekick.com/outlook/vsto/hubspotforoutlookinstaller.exe), as soon as we install the HubSpot Sales Desktop addin we see that the form added is shown twice when an email is viewed individually i.e new inspector.
Infact in some case the Hubspot content was being replaced with our addin form in certain actions.
Please tell us if there is a known issue with this Hubspot addin and if so how to get this issue resolved.

Hello Jatin,
We've found this issue is an incompatibility issue between that add-in's pane and Add-in Express panes. I try to contact them to find a resolution. In my experience, this may take a whole while so the best way for the user is, unfortunately, to turn one of the add-ins off.
