Hello Alvin,

Does a new empty add-in project produces the same behavior?

Hello Alvin,

Compare the structure of your project with the test one: you must have the Loader folder and files in it, you must have Add-in Express references, etc.

Does the test add-in loads correctly in Word? If so, check if your real add-in is listed under any heading at File | Options | Add-ins. Also, check the Disabled Items dialog.
