Hi,

After upgrading to Windows 10 1903, we found we could not type in a text box contained in an outlook form. We found out from the support site that we needed to upgrade ADX so we did so to version 9.4.4644.

Now we can type in the text box but we cannot drag any text to select/highlight. What I mean drag to highlight is left click, hold and drag to highlight text. Is this something you are aware of?

Hello Mark,

We aren't aware of this issue. We've created a simple project showing a textbox on an ADXOlForm in Outlook 12615.20000 32bit in Windows 1903 64bit. We are able to type and select text in the textbox.

If the issue is reproducible on a simple project, please send it to us. Also provide version and bitness information.

Hi,

Thanks for the quick response. We are using 64 bit Outlook 1908 (11929.20562) on Windows 1903 64 bit. Please give it a try should you have such an environment.

Hi Andrei,

Running the test project unfortunately won't help me because I updated Outlook to version 2001 (build 2430.20198) on my dev machine and I can now drag to highlight. As a result, I believe the version of Outlook was the variable causing the problem.

Assuming you have a Windows 10 1903 64 bit and Outlook 1908 64 bit environment, are you able to reproduce the problem?
