No.
No. .NET Standard is about supporting several platforms while COM is only available on Windows Desktop. Also, there?Â?Ð?és a striking problem related to .NET Core/Standard projects: the Register for COM Interop check box (see https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/jigarme/2008/04/28/how-to-register-net-assembly-for-com-interop/) is disabled and this doesn't let you (and us) register your add-in.
