Version details as follows: 9.2.4635.1

One of our customers is facing issues during installation due to non-signed binaries.

Hello Amit,

You are supposed to obtain a digital certificate and use it to sign the loader, the assembly and the add-in manifest.

In the Office UI, a signed loader is reflected as an add-in developed by the signer. That is, it would look like your add-in is developed by us.

I suppose that you've read my previous response. If so, I assume I don't understand you. What kind of issues do you expect? Please provide an example?
