Dear Add-in Express-Team,

I have read in other posts that you recently fixed an error where you could not enter text in a Windows Form textbox within an Add-in Express taskpane.

On our machines we are using Windows 10 (64bit) along with Office 365, Version 1908, Build 11929.20254 installed.
We have recently updated our add-in to the latest Add-in Express build (version 9.4.4644).

On the computers that are running PowerPoint in the 64bit version everything works fine.

On one computer which is running PowerPoint in the 32bit version, the issue still persists:
Textboxes in the taskpane will simply not react to keyboard strokes anymore, although it was working fine for years.

Do I need to set any special settings in the taskpane to get this working again?

Any help is greatly appreciated,

Hi Phil,

I have checked the latest 9.4.4644 version of Add-in Express on PowerPoint 32 bit; it is working fine. This issue is not connected to Office version, it has come to us with Windows 10 Update 1903. Please check the Windows and Add-in Express versions on the test machine.

I can confirm it was Windows 1903 on the affected machine and
there was also still an old adx-version included.

I could not yet update the version on the computer but I guess that this will
be the issue and that it will be alright again with version 9.4.4644.
