Problem when installing Release 9.3.4640

Hi,

When installing Add-in Express version 9.3.4640 I encountered the error that the file or assembly `EnvDTE` could not be found. I seems to have fixed this via the suggestion in this link https://www.add-in-express.com/forum/read.php?FID=5&TID=14957.
However, on re-installing, I got the error that the file or assembly Microsoft.VisualStudio.Shell.Interop Version=7.1.40304.0 could not be found. I found out that in my Visual Studio, the version of Microsoft.VisualStudio.Shell.Interop 7.10.6071.0 is.
I already copied this Microsoft.VisualStudio.Shell.Interop to the Add-In express folder, as suggested in the previously mentioned link. However, this did not resolve this issue.

Information:
Visual Studio: Enterprise 2017, version 15.9.12
OS: Windows 10 Version 1803

Do you have any idea why my Interop version is different from the expected version by the installer?
