Hi Guys,
We have received some new machines and are replacing a developer. We've hit this license limit. Can you please reset the count for my license and for our other license. If we just uninstall on the old machines, will that clear the count as well?

Hi Tim,
We have reset the activation counters for both of your license keys, and you can now install the product for other two developers. Uninstalling from the old machines does not clear the count because it does not require the internet connection, which is why we are unable to track uninstallations.
