Dear Andrei,

Here is attachment header when sending email out:

Content-type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii;
name="New Text Document text 123.txt"
red
Content-ID: <ef33d29c-2bdc-4b00-bb35-83d5f299559f>
Content-Disposition: attachment; filename="New Text Document text 123.txt"
Content-Description: New Text Document text 123.txt

Is there any way to change "Content-Transfer-Encoding" through VSTO or even MAPI?

Thanks!

Hello Keni,

The Outlook object model doesn't provide a way to achieve this. I suggest that you ask your question on the Outlook for developers forum at https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/home?forum=outlookdev.
