XLL addin crashing with latest office updates

Hello team,

I have the below version of Excel installed:
2016 MSO (16.0.10325.20053) 64 - bit

With the latest updates installed few days back, the UDFs created in the XLL addin are not loading. Just clicking on the Function(Fx) button is crashing the excel application. My XLL addin has an associated COM addin as well. Any help is greatly appreciated as this is critical for us at the moment

Sometimes, clicking on Functions(fx) button does not crash, but when I select my XLL function category, UDFs list is not shown, list is empty

We've reproduced this issue. It looks like it belongs to Excel.

Looks like it happens only with our XLL addin. Another automation addin created without Addin Express seems unaffected.

Hello Ranjitha,

We've tested a C++ sample project from Excel SDK - it crashes Excel when you open a category.
