Inspector Button stays in top of open message after Add-In unistalled
After uninstall old version of Add-In old button was not removed

Couple years ago we have created Outlook Add-In with Inspector button to save Message in database. Now we have created new version and uninstalled old one, but old inspector button was not removed automatically, so now our Users see two buttons - old (not working) and new. We have a lot of Users, so it is problem to manually remove old button by Outlook tools. Are there some tools, utilities to remove old inspector buttons?

Hi Val.

The fact is that ADX doesn't support removing command bars/buttons while the add-in is uninstalled. You should set the Temporary property of the command bar to true to prevent this issue in future.
To remove the old button from Outlook please use the Customize dialog of Outlook application.
