I recently developed a very simple addin using the add-in-express.net tool. All it does is save an email that a person sends to another folder than Sent Items. However, a couple of pilot users seem to have lossed right-click menu functionality on individual mail items within Outlook. Since I only have like 4 or 5 lines of code that are very basic, is it possible that the pre-populated code of the add-in-express tool causes this bug. Both users use Outlook 2003 (but not all 2003 are having issue).

Hi Karissa.

Please try to uncheck/disable the add-in in the COM Add-ins dialog.
I wonder if it will fix the issue.

Sergey,

I've tried everything short of uninstalling Outlook. I've tried disabling the addin, reenabling the addin, uninstalling the addin. The strange thing is that this issue is tied to the specific user who installed the addin. If another person logs onto the computer with their id, Outlook functionality is normal.

as far as I see, the issue doesn't depend on the ADX based add-in.
Am I correct?
