Getting this error with one user using my addin

There's a nice write-up on how to use Security Manager to get around this error on this site, but I don't want to customize the app for all 500+ users when only a single person is getting this dialog.

Any ideas on why the user is getting this? Our application is signed, and the cert is valid, but for some reason on this user's machine the dialog pops up anything the app tries to access their emails.

Any advice would be helpful.

Hello Brian,

What code line causes this?

Is there an antivirus program installed on that machine? Is that program up-to-date?
