"AdxServiceTp" appears on Outlook startup

Hi,
I have got "AdxService" on Outlook startup.
STR:
1. Outlook was started in background (with hidden main window, we could see just process in Task Manager).
2. User starts another copy of Outlook.
Actual result: User couldn't see the form of Add-in Express. Instead, user just see the "AdxServiceTp".

What could you suggest for fixing this issue?
