visible false to my ribbon outlook

Hi,
I have custom adxRibbonTab on TabReadMessage.
I want sometimes to show it and sometimes not.
but when I set to it visible false on OnPropertyChanging event others buttons on TabReadMessage disappear also..
how can I fix it?!

Don't change the visibility of the tab. Change the visibility of the custom group instead.
