Is there limitation when we start from 2003-2013 in Excel?

I don't understand. What sort of limitation are you talking about? Have you run into some situation specific to these Excel versions?

Everything work fine, I just want to know if i will face some limitation due to 2003 base on the others versions.

Yes, you may run into differences introduced by newer Excel versions. I suggest that you check these resources:
