When calling Attachments.Remove(index), a couple users intermittently get the following exception:

System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x80020003): Member not found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80020003 (DISP_E_MEMBERNOTFOUND))

at Microsoft.Office.Interop.Outlook.Attachments.Remove(Int32 Index)

Do you have any advice on working around this exception?

Hi Zach,

What Outlook version do they use?

BTW What version and build number of Add-in Express do you use?

Hi Zach,

In one of my virtual PC I see that Outlook version is 12.0.6550.5003 (SP2). So, it looks like you didn't install the latest service packs for Outlook. Am I right?

The error is still occurring with the latest Outlook service pack installed.

Hi Zach,

Is that error reproducible for some special email? Does that email contain embedded pictures? Is the issue reproducible if you remove the pictures?
