Pardon if I'm missing the obvious but would like some insight on the use of the tools. I am desirous of creating as an example a custom property page for an appointment item in outlook. This property page will contain typical data bound .net controls tied to an ado.net providor. I assume that the "identifier" which would be used to retrieve the data would be the appointment "id". Is this a reasonable assumption? I have searched the site, viewed all the videos, read nearly every forum post but really have not seen any specifc example on how one might "relate" data records with a specific office item (task, appt etc) item.

Thanks for your time

Bob

Hi Bob.

You can download an example with a custom property page for mail items (http://www.add-in-express.com/projects/olitemscontaxtmenu2.zip).
This code can be modified for appointment or task items as well.
