I have an Add-in Express Regions for Microsoft Outlook "Inspector" panel that I am working with. I would like to add a right click menu option. Specifically, to remove a record in a DataGridView embedded in the panel.

Could you point me towards a VB example for adding a right click context submenu to my ADX Inspector panel?

The samples seem to be built for your other products, and they do not readily compile. I am hoping that the code will generally be portable, though:
