Hi,
I have a very strange problem on a Citrix box where the OnNewMail event does not fire. This only happens when using an Exchange 2010 mailbox. When we create a profile that uses a Exchange 2003 mailbox, everything works fine...any ideas?

The Citrix box is running:
Windows 2003 Server (SP's are current)
Office 2007 SP2
Exchange Cached Mode is off

Add-in is:
Add-in Express 2010 version 6.0.3043
MAPI Accessor version 2.3.222

Hi Doug,

Actually I didn't test the MAPI Store Accessor against an Exchange Server 2010 mailbox. I will do and then let you know my results. Thank you for pointing this to me.

BTW Note that you use an old build of http://www.add-in-express.com/downloads/adxnet.php. Please don't forget to replace the adxloader.dll in the Loader folder of your project with a new one (see the Redistributables folder).

Any progress on testing MAPI Store Accessor with Exchange 2010?

I ran some more test on a PC with Outlook 2007 SP 2 and XP Pro and had no problems with the OnNewMail event using the same Exchange 2010 profile (Exchange Cache mode off and on).

So it looks like Exchange 2010 and Citrix don't play well together...would you know what might be causing the OnNewMail event not to fire?

Hi Doug,

Frankly speaking, I didn't have a chance to test the MAPI Store Accessor against Exchange 2010. I spent last days getting my new PC ready.

Anyway, thank you for pinning this topic to me.
