SecurityManager Global Setting?
SecurityManager Global Setting?

Hello,

I purchased SecurityManager for .NET and I am happy with it (while developing Outlook COM Add-ins).
Now I need to send Excel Workbooks via Workbook.SendMail and get the Security Warning.

I tried to develop a Global Switch in Outlook (a button to set both DisableOOMWarnings and DisableSMAPIWarnings = true)
But I still get the Security Warning when running the Excel VBA Makro.

Is it possible to disable the security warnings globally?
Or do I need to purchase the Active X Version as well?

Thanks
Fabian

Hello Fabian,

You don't need to buy it. Just use your license key to install and activate the ActiveX edition.

Hello Andrei,

thanks! It works nicely.

Just to be sure: This is the only way to solve it?
So there is no way to turn off Security Warnings globally for all apps accessing Outlook?

Regards
Fabian

Hello Fabian,

No, it isn't possible to turn iff the Outlook security guard globally.
