Error box pops up for new messages

Hi there,
When I open a new message in Outlook, a text box pops up and I have to press cancel or ok 5 times before I can continue typing the message. How annoying!

Can you please help me?!

Hi Janine,

Could you please create a sample with the same behaviour and send it to the support email (see readme.txt) so that I can test and research this issue.

What Outlook version do you use?
