hi!

got this message: the installer interupted before ending installation process
read about the problem related to vs2022.
Got the same error in 2019.
I have a license key for version 2.0.410 and I cant install or upgrade to the hotfix .411 due to old license.
What shall I do?

Hello Peter,

If the installer closes almost immediately, this may be caused by VS 2022 which is (or was previously) installed on that machine. VS 2022 breaks backward compatibility and in this way doesn’t let our old installers to work. Uninstalling VS 2022 doesn’t help, so you can only reinstall Windows and install required VS versions except for VS 2022.

I also have an unconfirmed message that after uninstalling VS 2022, it helps to reinstall previous VS versions in the order in which they were released. A couple of our customers tried this and it didn't help them.

I assume the product was discontinued due to low demand.

Hi Andrei

I have never installed VS2022, I have 2017 and 2019.

So, how to get the last version of the installer, to be able to test if this works?
