Is it possible to add a new web site (not a virtual site under the default site) using just the WiX Designer?

Hello Tyrel,

I'm sorry for the delay with my response; we were offline on Friday.

The WiX Designer only supports creating a virtual directory under an existing site; it doesn't support creating sites. This is because we followed the list of features available in Visual Studio Installer. I *suppose* Microsoft didn't implement this feature because installing a web application and creating a web site are two different tasks; the latter looking far more complex than the former.
