Unable to see Wix Installer in 'New Project' Dialog in VS 2015

I installed Designer for WiX Toolset on VS2015, however could not see the Wix Installer in 'New Project' Dialog on VS 2015.

Please help me to resolve this.

I'm running RTM VS2015, and while the addin is there in the About box, I have no WiX projects in the 'Add New Project' dialogue.
Is there something else I have to install to add these? I've installed Wix39, but that hasn't added them.
The WiX folder in instructions you refer to doesn't exist on my machine, so I've run out of ideas.
I understand this is a WiX issue, but given that the instructions don't even mention that the WiX package is required, I'm not sure if I'm missing something obvious!

Hi Jason,

I would suggest that you install WiX 3.10. It supports Visual Studio 2015, I have this version installed and see its templates in the New Project dialog.

OK, so installing WiX 3.10RC adds the projects. It looks like 3.9R2 is either a faulty release, or it's somehow incompatible with my perfectly normal configuration.
