Undefined Processor Variable
Error after conversion

The conversion was successful, but am encountering this error.

Undefined preprocessor variable '$(var.Logging.TargetDir)'. C:\HSS\CodePlex\core\Source Code\Installer x86\obj\Release\Harvested Output\_Logging_2.wxs

Help??

Hello,

What version of WiX do you use? Do you have the 'Logging' reference in the WiX setup project?

Thanks for the Response. The Logging project is included in the solution and the vdproj, which is why it was part of the conversion that the tool performed. But I'm not familiar enough with Wix or your Tool to decipher how to fix it.

I have WixToolset v3.8 installed.

Please expand the References section of the WiX project. Do you see the 'Logging' entry?

I can't reproduce the issue with WiX v.3.8.309.
Please send on the support e-mail the .vdproj file and the content of the 'C:\HSS\CodePlex\core\Source Code\Installer x86\obj\Release\Harvested XML\' directory. I will try to find the cause of the issue.
