Hi Support,

While identifying the html element we inject the javascript & call NodeCount function but it is throwing below error
Javascript Call to NodeCount threw exception :Unknown name. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80020006 (DISP_E_UNKNOWNNAME))

Environment:
Windows server : 2008
IE version: 9

Hi Ravi,

Obviously the function doesn't exists. What is the NodeCount function? Is it your own function?

Issue is resolved with below setting in IE
Internet Options > Security > Custom Level > Scripting > Active Scripting

Hi Ravi,

Thank you for the update. Probably that this setting is disabled by default in Windows Server 2008.
