Hi Omri,

I have a bunch of questions for you:

1. What add-ons do you have registered for Internet Explorer? Could you please take a screenshot of the Manage add-ons window in IE?
2. May I get the adxregistrator.log and adxloader.log file from the problematic PC? Typically you can find the log files in the <My Documents>\Add-in Express folder.
3. What IE version do you have installed on the PC?
4. Finally, how can I reproduce the issue on my PC? Are you able to reproduce it with a newly created add-on project?

Thank you.

Hi Omri,

Of course, these forum threads may be connected.

What is the target framework version of your add-on project? Please make sure that you have the corresponding version of .net framework installed on users PCs. For example, you developed an add-on for .net 4.0 and installed it on a PC with .net 4.0 Client Profile installed (not Extended). Is this the case?

Also please make sure that you have all the latest service packs for the OS and .net framework installed on the users PC.

Hi Omri,

May I get the log files? Is the reproducible with both editions of IE - x86 and x64?
