OnClick doesn't fire for a IE menu item in Tools on Windows 7 x64

I added a command to IE's Tools menu and Click event handler to show some configuration form.

On my 32-bit development system and on other 32-bit Windows XP where I tried it everything works as expected.

On a 64-bit Windows 7 the menu item is there but nothing happens when I click on it. I first thought that maybe there's an issue in my handler code but doesn't seem so. I removed my code and put a simple MessageBox but it doesn't show up.

A bug in the Add-in Express?

Hi Radomir,

Did you enable the 'Allow active content to run in files on My Computer' option in IE?

Please take a look at the similar Command Item doesn't work on menu or button forum thread.
