Can't get Security Manager to work

Can't get Security Manager to work
VB sample doesn't disable security warning.

Outlook version 2003 sp2
Purchased and installed the Outlook Security Manager Developer.
Could not get the Security warning to disable using the sample VB sendmail project. Also tried the addin project but can't get the toolbar in Outlook.
What should I look at ?

Found it. I registered osmax.dll and secman.dll and it works. I assumed the initial install would do that.

Hmmm... The initial install does it. Very strange...

I have just tested it, works fine.
