We have some code which automates the loading of a rtf file into Word. Unfortuantely we have observed that if an addin is loaded, that the document will lose its formatting and be opened as plain text. We have tried this with an addin we developed and also one of the Addin Express supplied demos.If the addins are unloaded, then the code works. Do you know of any reason which might be causing this conflict?
The problem is occurring on XP with Word 2000 Sp3.
However, it does work correctly with Word 2003.

If you wish, I can send you some demo code to demonstrate the problem.
