It does require a non-Personal edition, as the Personal editions do not have the Outlook 2000 units, which for some weird reason depend on DB components, and the Personal editions have no such components. So, you can try on Delphi 7 Professional, Enterprise or Architect.

And, of course, you can't "try" it because AfalinaSoft has a "no trials" policy and, AFAIK, only made a trial for the BDS 2006 Partner DVD which, of course, needs BDS 2006 to try it on... :)
