I recently installed SP1 for Windows 2003 Server on my development box and with SP1 installed the Delphi 7 IDE (and 5 for that matter) will AV and crash on execution. It appears that the IDE crashes when attempting to initialize/load the Add-In express package.

Removing the add-in express package from Delphi will allow the IDE to load properly.

The Add-in express package is not the only package that is exibiting this propblem with Win2k3 SP1, but it is one of the few.

I hope the information below will be interesting for all ADX.VCL customers.

The bug with Win 2003 Server SP1 was found and fixed. The fixed version of Add-in Express VCL Edition will be published as soon as possible. Many thanks Bradly for the bug report.
