Won't load ... and RC2 package won't recompile

When I open MyFirstRTDServer.dpr I am told 'Error reading MyTopic.ONRTDTopicEvent: Property OnRTDTopicEvent does not exist ....'

I decided I should recompile the RC2 package just to be sure [and I also noted the event was probably called OnRTDTopic]. When I try to recompile the RC2 package adxBuildD7.dpk, I get the errors

File not found: adxReg.dcu
File not found: adxReg.dfm

I would be grateful if something could be sent to me so that I could at least continue my testing. Thanks.

You needn't recompile the package.
