when does Outlook become 2002 (xp) and Outlook 2003 of
the version 2.0 supports?

Wolfgang,

Add-in Express supports Outlook 2000, 2002 and 2003 via Outlook 2000 type library. You can use Outlook 2002 and 2003 features via the HostApp property (late binding) or Outlook 2002/2003 type library (the first is included to Delphi 7).
