Keyboard shortcuts - always disabling standard action?

Hi,

I've captured the Ctrl+S keyboard shortcut (as well as the Save button) in Excel 2003 (also intended to work with 2007).

However, the standard action of the button (opening the dialog) doesn't happen with the keyboard shortcut. Is intercepting it always cancels the stardard action?

If so, should I call the active workbook's Save method?
