You can use the following links:

http://add-in-express.com/files/osm/osmvcl-v106-b0042.exe

Wrong version?

I have the habit of keeping a DVD ISO image on my computer which I update every now and then with the latest versions of free/registered software. However, whenever I reformat my PC (which just happened again:)), I have another habit of checking the websites for updated versions.

And now for this msg: I have in my DVD Add-In Express VCL 2.7 b0261, and in here, you're giving the link for v 2.6; That is probably somehow wrong, but is not the main reason of this text...

I also noticed that you use InnoSetup, so why don't you do as I do and modify your script to put the main file's version info on the setup.exe? I had to install and uninstall v 2.6 linked above and my "old" copy of v 2.7 because at no point in time, be that in the .EXE or in the following info, there was *NO* information as to what version was about to be installed! The only mention of that was in the readme file and to get to that you need to fully install 1st!

So, use something along these lines on your setup script:

VersionInfoVersion={# GetFileVersion("mainfile.whatever")}
VersionInfoDescription=Add-In Express VCL {# GetFileVersion("samefile.as.above")}

You'll probably need InnoSetup PreProcessor, but that is free too and it works perfectly. Play around with that and you'll never leave a setup file unversioned! :)

Hi Madruga,

Sorry, it was my fault. See the right link below:

No problem, but you could use the suggestion above to help clear a bit what version is which, for downloaded files: even though I rename them as I download, I may end up mis-renaming! Also, a link in the downloads page to an "old downloads" page with links for the previous versions would not hurt too! :)
