You can install delphi 12 version and modify source code to version 13.

I am surprised that the product is being discontinued. I cannot find anything on your site mentioning this. Is it being completely discontinued? Can you tell us more? Will there be no more support either?

Yes, it is discontinued because of the low demand and limited resources. There will be no support. Sorry for the bad news.
