Delphi 11.3. Created a 64 bit plugIn for Excel several years ago. Has been working fine. Tried to use it today, and I see that it is not showing up in the Excel Menus. Rebooted my computer. No change. Tried to enable. Get the error message: Load Behavior: Not loaded. A runtime error occurred during the loading on the COM Add-In. Recompiled my DLL. All compiled fine. Tried to enable my plugIn. Still get the same message. TAddInModule LoadBehavior set to 3. I have not changed this. I have no idea why this would be occurring other than my computer recently did an update. Win 11 Pro, 24H2,OS Build 26100.6899

I don't even know how to start debugging this. Any help appreciated.
