I would like the form to open only when certain folder is clicked

1-I have setup a folder Abc to contain task type mail. In the Form manager I have specified folder Name as Abc, Folder Names Abc. If I select ExplorerItemType of expTaskItem the form open for all Task type folders. If I do not select any type the the Form does not open atall.

2-How would I create Folder Abc if it does not exist.

Hi Abdul,

1 - Set the FolderName property to the full folder path, say "Personal Folders\Inbox"

2 - You can get Folders object from any MAPIFolder. The Folders object contains the Add method that you need.

I deleted the components from my form and created new ones and that fixed the problem. I dont know what I had set wrong originally.
