Strange behaviour with *.TLB files

I've Created a new Outlook addin using wizard, tried to compile but got
[Pascal Error] E2161 RLINK32: Error opening file "blablabla\Project1.TLB"
While looking through the project folde? I've noticed that during compilation time *.tlb is being renamed to *.$$$ or simply deleted. I guess that it's not Add-in's problem, however don't know whom to ask :(

What Delphi version do you use? What ADX version do you have installed?

Turbo delphi (BDS 4.0) and add-in express 2.7. First everything compiled ok, but after something it went this way...

Hi Joshua,

We didn't test Add-in Express VCL with Turbo Delphi and can't guarantee if ADX.VCL works with it.
