Hi Jason,

When writing "Add-in Express for Office and Delphi" I actually meant the http://www.add-in-express.com/add-in-delphi/index.php product. Yes, it will have supported Office 2013 CP by the end of August too. I will publish a new announcement once a new version of Add-in Express for Office and Delphi VCL is released.
