Support service engineer, software testing engineer
My name is Natalia Ivaka. I graduated from the Belarusian Trade and Economics University. By education I am a marketer, but my work has always been related to IT.
After trying internet marketing here at Add-in Express, I switched to web editing and testing and now I've got my fingers into Ablebits support service.
My current job involves mainly answering support requests for Ablebits add-ins. In addition I test the products to make sure you enjoy working with our assistants :)
My work gives me a chance to communicate with true professionals and learn more about HTML, CMS, Office applications as well as refine my English skills. Like any other
member of our team I'm most welcome to reveal my creativity when we discuss new lines of our web-site development, new design and features. Our boss is open to any ideas,
however crazy they might seem :) Of course, not all of them are implemented, but I can proudly say that some of mine were accepted, developed, refined and finally brought to life.
I am not a programmer and you will not find my code in Add-in Express and Ablebits products, but I can say for sure that you will find a part of my work, and therefore a part of my soul, there :).
Out of work occupations:
Currently I study English part time. In my free time I go in for yoga to recharge my batteries :). I also enjoy traveling and having good time with my friends.
