What is a product package?
A product package is a lifetime developer license of the product and a subscription to the Technical Support Service. For example, the Add-in Express .NET Developer package includes one lifetime developer license of Add-in Express .NET and a subscription to the Standard Technical Support Service. What is a Technical Support Service subscription?
A subscription to the Technical Support Service guarantees you our expert technical assistance as well as access to minor and major updates of our products. The Technical Support Service subscription gives you a flexible, cost-efficient choice of three software support levels to match your needs. See the Support section for more details.
When I purchase a product package, must I pay for updates as new versions of the product are released?
You are entitled to receive all minor product updates for free. For example, if you have Add-in Express .NET version 2.1, you can upgrade to version 2.5 for free.
In order to receive major product updates with significant functionality added, you must upgrade to the newer version by paying the upgrade cost. For example, if you purchased version 2.3 of Add-in Express .NET, you must pay the upgrade cost to move to version 3.0. For all our products we offer a 50% discount of regular pricing to any major upgrades.
In order to maximize your value and stay up to date at all times, you may wish to consider purchasing one of the Professional or Premium packages that include all minor and major software updates for a period of 1 year.
What is the price of Technical Support Service subscription renewal?
If you decide to renew your Technical Support Service subscription, you can do that at any time with a 50% discount of the regular package price. For example, if you want to renew your Professional Support Service subscription, you are to pay 50% of the regular Professional package price. To renew your subscription, please, use the Subscription Renewal form.
Can I continue to use the product once my Technical Support Service subscription expires?
Yes. You will still be able to continue to use the product. You will not, however, continue to receive the additional benefits of our Technical Support Service Subscription (such as major product updates, technical assistance, etc.).
I am an individual who wants to purchase your product for development - but there is someone at my company who occasionally backs me up in my job function. Must we purchase an additional license for that person as well?
All our products are licensed for developer seats. So, you must purchase an additional license for that person.
Upgrades
I have purchased one of your products in the past, and would like to upgrade my product. Do you offer any discounts on the upgrade?
If you want to upgrade to a minor version, you can do it for free. For example, if you have Add-in Express .NET Developer version 2.5, you can download and install any newer minor version 2.x. If you want to upgrade to a majorr version, you can do it with a 50% discount.
In order to maximize your value and stay up to date at all times, you may wish to consider purchasing one of the Professional or Premium packages that include all minor and MAJOR software updates for a period of 1 year.
If I purchase a particular type of package now, can I upgrade to a higher level of package later?
Yes. You can do it at any time by simply paying an upgrade cost, which will be the difference between the cost of your current package and the cost of a higher product package that you want to upgrade to. For example, if you purchase the Add-in Express .NET Developer package ($149.00) now and want to upgrade to the Professional package ($249.00) later, you will have to pay $100.00. How quickly is the software delivered?
The product delivery is instant for credit card transactions. You will receive a confirmation message via e-mail with download and activation information as soon as your order is processed (normally it takes a few minutes). If you use other methods of payment (Switch/Solo, bank/wire transfer, cash, check, PO), the product will be delivered upon receiving your payment.
What forms of payment do you accept?

What forms of currency do you accept?
