Technical Support Engineer (remote or local position)As a Technical Support Engineer for Add-in Express Company, you will provide customer service and technical support for our developer community. After a short familiarization and learning period that will shed light into the insight of our products, and ensure that you know them from A to Z at the code level and within applications and have them at your finger tips :), your main task will be providing exceptional technical support to customers via the web, email and phone. You will troubleshoot customer questions and issues, create samples, review code, analyze and reproduce bugs. If you are one of those (so rare and that's why so appreciated and wanted :) tech persons with a bent for writing, you are most welcome to contribute your articles to our technical blog!
