Setup?
no, the setup project doesn't create a setup.exe, just an .msi file :oops:

Hi Juan.

Please open the Prerequisites dialog of the setup project and check the 'Create setup program to install prerequisites components' option. It should help.

Do you see the add-on in the 'Manage Add-ons' dialog in IE?

Juan, please send me the adxregistrator.log file.
It is created in the ‘.\Documents\Add-in Express’ directory when you install add-ons.

I has been reviwing this , and I found the problem is related to thread apartment state:

Exception Source: mscorlib
Exception Type: System.InvalidOperationException
Exception Message: Error al establecer el estado de apartamento COM especificado.
Exception Target Site: SetApartmentState

---- Stack Trace ----
System.Threading.Thread.SetApartmentState(state As ApartmentState)
AddinExpress.IE.DLL: N 0027 (0x1B) IL
Add_On_xxxxxx.IEModule..ctor()
AddinExpress.IE.DLL: N 0000 (0x0) IL

May be this article could help:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/157437/es

I've set

Thread.CurrentThread.SetApartmentState(ApartmentState.STA);

In my solution, but nothing happens, I mean problem in AddinExpress.IE.DLL .
