Hi Stan.

Are you able to reproduce the issue with a new simple toolbar?

Sergey

I had posted this forum post originally. My name is not Stan but TF. Stan is encountering a similar but a different problem. He has added to my post as well. I think you might want to respond back to both the issues differently.

If you would like me to start a different thread with my issue, I could do that.

Also, is there any other way to get to your support than the forum?

Thank you
TF

Hi TF.

You can also use the support email address. You find it in the readme.txt file located in the installation folder of the product.

TF,

Sorry, I had no intention to take over your thread. Since it seems like we need different support options, I will repost my issue in a new thread.

Hello, I'm reporting the same problem in Windows 7 Professional x86, IE8, AddInExpress for IE Version: 6.1.368.0

The installer works ok, but nothing happens. No components listed on IE after installation.

i have executed on Windows XP Mode ( windows xp virtual machine on windows 7 )the custom action command:
adxregistrator.exe /install="Add_On_MyClient.dll" /privileges=admin

but nothing happens, maybe the problem is in the adxregistrator.exe versión packed with add-in express.

please review it, help me.

And you run the setup.exe file to install the add-on in Windows 7 ?
