Hello Paul,

We suppose that Add-in Express can't recognize that Enhanced Protected Mode is turned on. We look at this.

Could you please send us screenshots showing *all* settings on the Advanced tab of the Internet Options dialog?

Hi Andrei,

We can confirm that the new ADX Release, version 10.0.6240, has resolved the IE freezing issue on our customer's environment! It's working fine now, and no client has frozen with it yet.
